Qualifications:

• License: Must have a current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of
  the United States or the District of Columbia) when services are performed onsite on VA property.
• Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal
  Medicine, or Family Practice.
• Emergency Medicine Board certified physicians are strongly
  preferred.
• All continuing education courses required for maintaining certification must be kept up to
  date at all times. Documentation verifying current certification shall be provided.
• Other Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications are required through the American Heart Association.
• Must be a US citizen.
